Audrey Blomgren

Library/Tech

Mrs. Blomgren is married and has four children at CCS.  Their family moved to Bend four years ago from the Bay Area and are loving Central Oregon and all it has to offer. They live on 3 acres with their chocolate lab, Cali, and lots of chickens! 

She has a Bachelor's of Art in Liberal Studies Elementary Education from Westmont College in Santa Barbara, CA.  Shortly after graduating college God called her in a different direction and she went on staff for Young Life working with un-churched high school and middle school kids in Palo Alto, CA for 15 years. 

Mrs. Blomgren shares "I love that the library will get to be another space for kids to learn, grow, and be creative. I'm also excited to serve the teachers at CCS by giving them another community space that will offer more educational resources for kids!  As a mom of four, I truly believe our children are our future. I cannot wait to read with and discover all the benefits that our library space has to offer our students. I am especially excited to teach the children more about digital citizenship and how to safely and responsibly use technology."
