Math

Mrs. Raz and her husband Marty raised their three children in Sisters and the Portland area and now that they are officially empty nesters have moved back to Central Oregon.

She has a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education from George Fox University and a Master of Arts in Mathematics Education from Western Governors University. 

Mrs. Raz shares "mathematics is the language of the universe! I love to share the beauty and creativity of the subject and to help guide my students to mathematic fluency. I'm from Alaska and have many "Mrs. Raz" stories to share! Ask me about my 65 lb. King Salmon story when school starts.  The vision and mission of CCS resonates deeply with my own philosophy of education, and I'm thrilled to be a part of this Christ-centered educational community! I am most excited about building meaningful connections with my students and families."
