  • Horatio Alger Scholarship Program October 25, 2019
    Horatio Alger Association seeks students who have exhibited determination, integrity, and perseverance
    in overcoming adversity, as well as have critical financial need. Scholarships offered include state level at
    $10,000 each, national level at $25,000 each, and Career and Technical Scholarships for students
    wishing to pursue a career or technical education at a non-profit post secondary institution at $2,500

    The Student-Caregiver Scholarship provides financial assistance to students who are caring for an adult
    relative while enrolled in college.
  • National Honors Society Scholarship Program December 6, 2019
    The application process for the 2019-2020 NHS Scholarship program opens October 1, 2019. All senior
    members in good standing will be eligible to apply. All advisor letters and recommendations (2) are due
    by December 10, 2019.
  • Peanut Butter and Jelly Scholarship December 16, 2019
    This is for real. Amount $1,000. Open to high school seniors graduating from an Oregon High School this
    school year, plan to attend a 2 or 4 year college and have a GPA between 1.5 – 3.5. Submit your
    application to the following. The personal essay should include obstacles the student has overcome, his
    or her background, and future aspirations. Easy 5 minute application. Apply at the following:
  • College Prowler $2,000 No Essay Scholarship Last day of every month
    Open to all students applying to college within 12 months. One entry per month. Easy 5 minute
    application due the last day of each month.
  • Doodle for Google Accepting beginning January 6, 2020
    Students in grades K-12 are invited to take part in the 2019 Doodle 4 Google contest, and create a
    doodle that tells the world “What I see for the future.” From crayons to clay, graphic design, or even
    food, young artists can utilize any materials to bring their creation to life. Like all Google Doodles, each
    doodle must incorporate the letters G-o-o-g-l-e. One national winner will also receive a $30,000 college
  • State 4-H Scholarships January 15, 2020
    The State 4-H Program in Oregon offers scholarships to college-bound high school seniors who are
    currently enrolled in the Oregon 4-H program, and have been members for a minimum of three years,
    including the current year. Visit site for all available scholarships.
  • Daughters of the American Revolution Good Citizen Scholarship Bend Ch & Dist V February 15, 2020
    All applicants must be citizens of the United States and must attend or plan to attend an accredited
    college or university in the United States. DAR chapter sponsorship is not required; however, a chapter
    or state chairman may work with the applicant to put the information together to send to the DAR
    Scholarship Committee.
  • OSAC Early deadline-Feb 15,2020; Final-March 1, 2020
    Graduating high school students going to college the following Fall semester. Numerous scholarships
    available through this application process, most of which are for Oregon colleges.
  • Healthcare Scholarship Foundation of Central Oregon – February/ TBD
    Formerly the Bend Surgery Center Foundation Scholarship
    Healthcare Scholarship Foundation of Central Oregon’s mission is to encourage and inspire interested
    and qualified Central Oregon students to pursue careers in healthcare by providing funding for
    educational opportunities.
  • Ringling College of Art and Design March 1, 2020
    The business of art and design major is inviting all high-school aged students to participate in the
    upNEXT Student Pitch Competition. Send us your pitch in a 3-minute video for a chance to win a
    SCHOLARSHIP to Ringling’s 2019 Precollege
  • Redmond Kiwanis Club: Glenn Swearingen Vocal Music Scholarship March 5, 2020
    For students with vocal musical talents and a record of music activities who plan to continue pursuing
    vocal music as a recreational life skill or a specific career. This $500 scholarship will be awarded to a
    chosen student evaluated on the following: Vocal music activities, SAT scores, grade point average,
    academic record, school activities, financial need, and an essay. Pick up an application from Mrs.
    Reynolds, CCS College and Career Advisor.
  • Redmond Kiwanis Club: Don Rich Memorial etc. March 5, 2020
    Applications will be evaluated on the following: SAT scores, grade point average, academic record,
    school activities, financial need, and an essay. Pick up an application from the CCS College and Career
    Advisor, Mrs. Reynolds.
  • VFW Deschutes Post 4108 Scholarships March 5, 2020
    Visit site for all scholarship opportunities.
  • SAE Engineering Scholarship March 15, 2020
    Your intended major – Engineering or other. Refer to the criteria on each scholarship page to determine
    if you are eligible to apply. Related sciences includes: math, chemistry, physics, biology, technologies,
    computer science, etc.
  • CEAHEC Scholarships March 19, 2020
    Cascades East Area Health Education Center and the St. Charles Foundation currently offer student
    scholarships for those students who have a desire to enter into a health care career and practice in a
    rural Oregon area as a certified nurse assistant, registered nurse, nurse practitioner, physician assistant,
    or other health professional. The deadline for applying for our CEAHEC scholarships is Thursday, March
    21. You can find all the information and application on our website. Application is due by 5:00 p.m.
  • SELCO Community Credit Union Open February 1 2020 March 31, 2020
    You are eligible if you plan to attend a two- or four-year college or university and are a SELCO member
    or immediate family member of a SELCO member. SELCO offers low cost student accounts. (Our
    employees and their families aren’t eligible.)
  • The John Estelle Scholarship April 1, 2020
    The family of John W. Estelle is offering a one-time $1,000 scholarship to a senior who attends one of
    the four main high schools in Redmond, Oregon. This scholarship is offered to a qualified high school
    student living within the Redmond school district that is pursuing a college degree. See Mrs. Reynolds
    for applications.
  • H.A. McCoy Engineering & Surveying, LLC Scholarship April 1, 2020
    H.A. McCoy Engineering & Surveying is offering a one-time $1,000 scholarship to a senior who attends
    one of the four main high schools in Redmond, Oregon. They are looking for a student who is proactive,
    dedicated, and hardworking and has more to offer more than just good grades.

  • Redmond Realtors Scholarship April 3, 2020
    These $1000 scholarships will be based on need and may be used at any college, university, community
    college, or trade school. Must have a grade point average of 3.0 or better. This scholarship is available to
    graduating seniors only. Please pick up an application from Mrs. Reynolds, CCS College and Career
  • Mahin and Saifulla Salemy High School Scientific Scholarship May 2020/TBD

    Available to Oregon HS students attending community college – You need to have a completed FAFSA in
    order to apply.
  • The Scholarship July/ TBD
    The Caregiver Scholarship is intended for students who are passionate about helping
    seniors live healthy lives and are pursuing careers in senior care. The award can be used towards tuition
    and/or books.
  • College Board Opportunity Scholarships Various deadlines
    Starting in your junior year in HS, the more effort you put in, the more opportunities you have to earn a
    scholarship. Complete all six, and you’re eligible to earn $40,000. Scholarships will be awarded through
    monthly drawings to students who complete each action. Look online to see the checklist and deadlines.
