The Value of a Christ-Centered, Excellent Education

How do you gauge the value of a quality education? Some consider the academic achievement of the graduates and what percent are accepted into prestigious universities. Others are interested in top athletic programs that pave the way to college scholarships. Still others focus on how a school prepares students with job skills. As important as these may be, listen to what one Central Christian parent values:

Central Christian is a place where God’s Word is woven into the tapestry of each school day, each lesson taught, each athletic game played, and each extra-curricular event. The teachers at Central Christian are the most amazing people on the planet! Imagine a place where the teachers care not only for the intellectual but also the spiritual well-being of your own children as much as you do? That happens at Central Christian. The rigorous academic expectations put forth at Central Christian have prepared our children for the next level. They have learned how to learn. Central Christian is a safe environment where children have been given the opportunity to explore answers to difficult questions and a place where their teachers guide them toward the truth. When our children graduate from Central Christian, they will be prepared to pursue whatever God has called them to.

Central Christian is focused on providing an educational environment and a school culture that delivers three primary outcomes. From the moment they arrive on campus, faculty and staff work together to teach, train, and equip students to function effectually as Christ followers in their community. This is demonstrated through three primary outcomes:

  • an ongoing passionate pursuit to reflect the heart of Christ in their lives,
  • the ability to pursue and foster transparent relationships, and
  • to daily manifest the attitude of a servant leader in their work with others.

After exploring Central Christian’s academic programs on the following pages, it is our hope that you will gain a better understanding of what it means to have a Central Christian education. We invite you to schedule an Educational Consultation with one of our experienced administrators to discuss the aspirations you have for your child and the impact that a Central Christian education could have on fulfilling those goals.
