OSAA Athletics

It is the desire of the Central Christian School Athletic Department to provide excellent athletic opportunities for the students in order to give them an environment to impact their world for Christ as they develop their individual talents and teamwork on and off the court.

Central Christian School offers volleyball and basketball for grades 6-8 and soccer, volleyball, and basketball for grades 9-12. At the high school level, Central Christian provides students the opportunity to participate in Division 1A sports and is a member of OSAA. If a sport is not offered at Central Christian School, students are welcome to participate at their home district school in that sport.

Central Christian School's Athletic Department works diligently to provide excellent coaching with the goal to teach fundamental skills, sportsmanship qualities, and Christ-like character. Central Christian has received the league Sportsmanship Award for two consecutive years. In addition, one of Central Christian School's recent graduates was named a McDonald’s All American Basketball finalist for the state of Oregon. Central Christian has had many of its athletes receive all league and all state awards in the sports that Central Christian School offers as well as scholarship opportunities at the college level.
